A practical two day course designed as the first module of a broader leadership development program. The agenda focuses on the foundations of professional and disciplinary leadership, including role clarity, self leadership, communication, feedback, motivation, and healthy team dynamics. It provides a shared leadership baseline that later modules can build on with deeper topics such as coaching, conflict management, change leadership, strategy, or advanced people management.
