OrbExperts OÜ is committed to conducting its business lawfully, responsibly, ethically, and fairly in all dealings with employees, customers, suppliers, business partners, competitors, public authorities, and other stakeholders.
This Code of Conduct sets out the fundamental principles that apply to all OrbExperts employees and, where relevant, to contractors, suppliers, and business partners.
OrbExperts complies with all laws and regulations applicable to its business activities.
All employees are expected to act honestly, responsibly, and in good faith. Unlawful, unethical, or improper conduct will not be tolerated.
Any identified or suspected violation will be reviewed appropriately and, where necessary, reported to the relevant authorities.

OrbExperts seeks to establish long-term, reliable, and fair relationships with customers, suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders.
Relationships with public authorities, professional associations, the media, and other public bodies are conducted professionally, transparently, and cooperatively.
OrbExperts will generally only enter into business relationships with parties where there are no reasonable grounds to question their lawful and responsible conduct.
OrbExperts respects internationally recognized human rights and all applicable employment and social standards.
Child labor, forced labor, human trafficking, modern slavery, and all other forms of exploitation are strictly prohibited.
OrbExperts also expects its suppliers, contractors, and business partners to respect fundamental human and labor rights.
OrbExperts does not tolerate discrimination, harassment, intimidation, bullying, or unfair treatment of any kind.
Employment-related decisions, including recruitment, compensation, professional development, allocation of responsibilities, and promotion, are based on objective and job-related criteria.

Business processes, contracts, transactions, and all information relevant to accounting, financial reporting, and legal recordkeeping obligations must be documented accurately, completely, and in a traceable manner.

Depending on the nature and scope of the relationship, OrbExperts may request information, declarations, or supporting evidence regarding compliance with legal, ethical, social, environmental, and information security requirements.
In the event of a serious or repeated violation, OrbExperts may require corrective action, suspend the relationship, or terminate the relevant agreement or business relationship.
Employees and business partners are encouraged to report actual or suspected violations of applicable laws, internal policies, or this Code of Conduct.
Reports may be submitted to company management or to another designated contact person.
All concerns will be reviewed carefully and treated as confidentially as reasonably possible. No person who raises a concern in good faith may be subjected to retaliation or unfair disadvantage as a result.
Knowingly making false allegations or deliberately misusing a reporting process will not be tolerated.
This Code of Conduct is binding on all employees of OrbExperts OÜ.
OrbExperts informs employees of the compliance requirements relevant to their roles and provides appropriate training where necessary.
This Code of Conduct will be reviewed periodically and updated where required to reflect changes in legislation, business activities, identified risks, or recognized good practice.
