AI & Generative AI Trainer

Artificial Intelligence is our largest and fastest-moving training area, spanning more than thirty courses from foundational machine learning through to AI-assisted software development. As our AI and Generative AI Trainer, you will deliver these programmes to technical teams across Europe and take ownership of keeping them accurate in a field where the tooling changes month to month. This is a hands-on teaching role for someone who genuinely enjoys making difficult ideas land with working professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor-led training, both in person and online, across our AI curriculum: from Artificial Intelligence Overview and neural networks through to applied Generative AI.
• Teach our AI-assisted development courses, including Vibe Coding with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex CLI and Gemini CLI.
• Keep course material current as models, tooling and best practice evolve.
• Tailor sessions to client context, including our Insurance, Finance and Automotive verticals.
• Design practical labs and exercises that participants can apply the week after the course.
• Support pre-sales conversations by scoping training needs with prospective clients.
• Mentor freelance trainers joining our network in this subject area.

Requirements:

• Substantial hands-on experience applying machine learning and generative AI in production settings.
• Practical familiarity with at least one AI coding assistant, such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex CLI or Gemini CLI.
• Demonstrable teaching, mentoring or conference-speaking experience.
• Confident communicator in English; German is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working with mixed-ability groups, from analysts to senior engineers.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe for on-site delivery.
