A practical introduction to Microsoft Excel for participants who want to create, edit, format and analyse spreadsheets confidently. The course introduces the essential features of the application, simple formulas and functions, cell references and the preparation of professional-looking worksheets for viewing and printing.

What will you learn?

You will learn how to work efficiently with workbooks and worksheets and how to create clear, well-structured tables. You will enter and edit data, apply appropriate number and cell formats and perform basic calculations using formulas and functions. You will also understand how cell references work and how to prepare worksheets for printing.

By the end of the course, you will be able to create simple calculations, lists and reports independently and make changes to existing spreadsheets with confidence.
